
Everything You Need to Keep Your Charger Running Smoothly
- Make sure your Wi-Fi signal is strong.
- Restart the Tuya app.
- Go to Me → Settings → Clear Cache.
- Try adding the device again.
- Check your network connection.
- Close and reopen the Tuya app.
- Clear cache and search again.
- The app may be running in the background.
- Restart the Tuya app.
- Clear cache in Settings.
- Solar mode works only with single-phase chargers.
- Three-phase chargers do not support this feature.
- Check if solar input exceeds 6A.
- Clear app cache.
- Re-enter the card number in the command field.
- Check card reader connection.
- Try replacing the card reader.
- For wired (non-4G) chargers:
- Ensure the URL ends with "/"
- Match URL and ID with your OCPP platform
- Check Ethernet connection
- For 4G chargers:
- Confirm SIM card is installed
- Check antenna connection
- Enter correct APN
- Verify URL format and platform details
- A previous session may not have closed properly.
- A software update is required.
- This is a system issue.
- Please update the software.
- Unplug the cable to reset.
- Check the emergency button connection.
- Ensure correct wiring (C + NO).
- Load balancing may be limiting output.
- Charger could be in solar mode (6A default).
- Check PP cable and dial settings.
- Remove and re-add the charger:
- Go to Settings → Remove Device → Unbind & Clear Data.
- Hold the function button for 10 seconds.
- Reconnect in Tuya.
- Clear app cache.
- Re-add the charger.
- Update software if needed.
- Hold the function button for 10 seconds.
- Re-add the charger.
- Unplug the cable to clear status.
- Check leakage protection device connections.
- Reconnect power.
- Replace the device if necessary.
- Reset the DLB value in the Tuya app.
- Or manually enter the desired value.
- The system will run at the set value minus 5A.
